SUMMARY:III International Congress of Football and Indoor Football Coaches
DESCRIPTION:After two successful editions\, the Real Federación Galega de Fútbol (RFGF)\, with the support of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF)\, celebrates O Camiño do Futgal\, the III Congreso Internacional de Entrenadores de Fútbol y Fútbol Sala that promises to mark a before and after in the professional growth and development of its participants. \nCoaches\, top coaches\, sports psychologists\, former soccer players\, referees\, specialized journalists\, motivational coaches and speakers from other sports with worldwide recognition will make up the winning team with more than 15 renowned professionals from Spain and abroad who will meet on June 7 and 8 at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos (Palexco) in A Coruña. An emblematic place in the heart of the Herculine city that\, due to its location\, symbolizes precisely the union between tradition and the avant-garde. \nFrom the hand of figures such as Julen Lopetegui\, Montse Tomé\, Fede Vidal\, Pep Marí or Toni Nadal\, we will address the most successful methodologies in the management of a professional team\, both in its technical and tactical aspects. Over the course of two days of training\, the current situation of soccer and futsal will be analyzed\, knowledge and experiences will be exchanged and best practices will be disseminated to continue progressing in two sports that arouse passions. \nWITH THE PRESENCE OF WELL-KNOWN PERSONALITIES FROM OTHER SPORTS IN ADDITION TO THOSE FROM SOCCER AND FUTSAL. \n

SUMMARY:Mental Health Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Bertín Osborne Foundation’s free in person e Mental Health Workshop arrives in La Coruña. \nThis workshop is aimed at families of children with disabilities: parents\, siblings\, grandparents and caregivers\, as well as professionals. \nDuring 2024 our cycle of face-to-face Workshops will address the topic of Mental Health: Self-Care and Emotion Management for families and professionals involved in the care of people with disabilities. \nThe Workshops also offer a free toy library service for children with disabilities and their siblings. It is staffed by volunteers from organizations such as Fundación Mapfre\, Fundación Once or Circo el Piruleto\, who organize games for the children and allow their parents to experience beautiful and necessary moments of Family Respite. \nIt will be the next Saturday at 9:30 am at the Palacio de Congresos Palexco located in Mlle. de Trasatlánticos\, s/n\, 15003 A Coruña.. It will feature Silvia Álava Sordo (@silviaalavasordo on Instagram) as speaker\, PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology. The workshop will start at 10:00 am. \nWith more than 22 years of experience\, Dr. Álava is a renowned science communicator. He collaborates with various media and is a journalism award winner of the Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid (Official College of Psychology of Madrid). She is a member and advisor of several scientific societies. He has more than 100 communications in national and international congresses and several research articles published. \n\n\n\n\nIf the family is well\, the sons and daughters with disabilities will be well.\n\n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, the objective will be to offer families resources to help them take care of themselves and know how to manage their emotions\, and to understand how important it is to put themselves first\, no matter how difficult it may seem.
